WILL YOU COME TO MY LOCATION OR I CAN COME TO YOUR STUDIO?
Both, we can come to your location (hotel/apartment/venue) or you can come to our studio located in 75007, Paris.
DO YOU PROVIDE DESTINATION WEDDING PACKAGES?
YES! We absolutely do and will travel worldwide provided all of the expenses are paid for. For more information, please fill out the CONTACT form.
HOW IS A TRAVEL FEE DETERMINED?
No travel fees apply to services performed in Paris from district 1 to 20 (ParisIntra-muros). Travel fees apply where the services are performed outside Paris and the amount of such fees will depend on the cost of transportation.
DO YOU HAVE AN EARLY START TIME FEE?
No, we don't apply early morning start time fee.
ARE FALSE EYELASHES INCLUDED?
False eyelashes (individual or strip) are included in the price for yourself and your guests (for wedding packages).
WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE FOR BOOKING?
The initial deposit to secure the date for your services will be processed via Paypal.
You will receive a Paypal invoice for 25% of the total price to reserve the date and time which will be deducted from the remaining balance.
You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to submit your payment, simply click the second option ¨pay with card¨.
The remainingbalance is due on the day of services, where you can pay by card via PayPal, by bank transfer or by cash.
HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED PER HAIR OR MAKEUP SERVICE?
Generally each service takes approximately 45 minutes. However this can change due to more intricate styles, hair lengths and types.
DO YOU STAY FOR TOUCH-UPS?
Yes, we do offer retouch services at an additional cost. We do not leave the premises while waiting for retouches.
DO YOU DO AIRBRUSH MAKEUP? DOES IT HAVE AN ADDITIONAL COST?
We do offer airbrush makeup. It does not have an additional cost. Ultimately, the choice between airbrush makeup and traditional makeup will be made by the artist based on the type of skin and the result the client wants to achieve. CAN I ADD OR REMOVE SERVICES OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT?
Yes. Services, location and timeline can be modified with prior notice.
Such modifications are free in principle where they have been requested no less than 30 days prior to the day of the services, subject to availabilitiesand provided such changes do not require additionaltravel fees or accomodation fees.
Extra services can always be added.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may cancel at any time. There will however be no returning of the retainer.
